TS Trading Systems Inc Return and Refund Policy

- At TS Trading Systems Inc, we strive to provide high-quality scrap materials that meet your specifications. Due to the nature of recycled materials, however, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. This policy applies to all transactions in US dollars and is governed by the laws of Indianapolis, Indiana.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are handled individually and are generally accepted only for:
- Materials that differ significantly from the agreed specifications.
- Materials damaged due to our error during shipping.
- Verifiable quantity discrepancies.
Returns are usually not accepted for changes in market conditions, customer preferences, or incorrect orders.
All return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the materials.
3. Return Process
To start a return, customers must contact TS Trading Systems Inc customer service by email or phone, with:
- Order number.
- Detailed reason for the return.
- Photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancies.
TS Trading Systems Inc will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
The customer pays all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Returned materials must be in the same condition as when shipped.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in US dollars via the original payment method.
- Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for:
- Return shipping costs (if applicable).
- Any damage to the materials caused by the customer.
- Restocking fees, that can be applied, depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned materials.
- In cases of quantity disputes, where a refund is due, the refund will be calculated based on the per unit price of the materials that were paid for.
5. Material Inspection
- Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect materials upon arrival and report any discrepancies or damage immediately.
- TS Trading Systems Inc is not responsible for any issues reported after 7 business days of receipt.
